Sailor Wutai: Yuffie Kisaragi. The First Final Scout. She usually has her Henshin Materia paired up with a Bolt Materia
Sailor AVALANCHE: Marlene Wallace. She doesn't come in until later...her outfit is brown/ black and she uses an Earth/ AVALANCHE materia combo
Tuxedo Reno: Also known as Prince Emrald Weapon. Tuxedo Reno's attacks mirror his usual attacks: Piramid, Turks Light, etc, but they involve roses. His extreme limit break allows him to summon the Emrald Weapon and control it, but not without Sailor Poltergeist's help. When this happens it ends up being a scene out of Voltron ^_^ As Prince Emrald Weapon, Reno looks like a sea blue/ blue version of Prince Endymion/ Prince Darien.
Sailor Poltergeist: Cherry, Tseng and Elena's daughter. She looks a lot like her father (and acts alot like her mother), but she has a strange cresent moon ontop of her forehead. A sign of one of Jenova's real children. Their crystals were scattered throughout time and reborn as children of the Final Fantasy characters Cecil/ Rosa, Edgar Roni Figaro, and Tseng/ Elena. Her sailor uniform is silver/ white, and because Poltergeist is the goddess of effect magics, Sailor Poltergeist's limit breaks are effect magic-based. Her materia is the only one that be paired with the Silver Emperium Crystal.
Sailor Cetra: an unknown presnce with a known objective.
Sailor SOLIDER: Jessie's and Shera's sister. She joined SOLIDER when she was 14, and is absolutely loyal to the ShinRa company. Her colors are Gray/ black, and uses a SOLIDER/ poison combo.
Jenova's children: Jenova had three children by Zemus. They were kidnapped by Klu-Ya, Cecil and Golbez's father, and raised. Jenova sought out for them and turned them over to the X-Zone (an uncharted palce in the Nega-verse). Cecil and Rosa were forced to defeat them. The three were transformed into crystals, tranported throughout time, and reborn as potential Final Scouts. These three children carry with them the powers of the goddesses Goddess, Doom ,and Poltergeist. Sailor Poltergeist is one of them.
Sailor ShinRa: Alicia ShinRa. The arrogant daughter of the late President ShinRa. She has an involuntary urgue to comb her hair with her fingers (Something she picked up from her brother).
Jenova: A Lunarian and Zemus's queen. She needs energy to return to the planet in a new form. She uses her generals Sephiroth, Kefka, and others to help her
